U2 teamed up with (RED) and Bank of America for the fight against AIDS with a Super Bowl commercial which featured the band performing a new song, “Invisible.” With over 3 million free downloads on iTunes February 2-3, the song generated more than $3 million from Bank of America to support the work of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

National conservation organization American Forests announced today that it has received a $250,000 grant from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation to conduct urban forest assessments in five U.S. cities over the next six months. The selected cities are Asbury Park, N.J.; Atlanta, Ga.; Detroit, Mich.; Nashville, Tenn.; and Pasadena, Calif.
