Christine P. Katziff

Christine Katziff has served as the Chief Audit Executive of Bank of America and is a member of the company’s executive management team.

Christine and the Corporate Audit and Credit Review organization under her leadership were recognized industry leaders in using innovation, automation, and other technology to support the company’s focus on Responsible Growth. Prior to Bank of America, she held management positions at financial services and public accounting firms.

Christine has been heavily involved in diversity and inclusion efforts across the bank throughout her tenure and is a strong supporter of developing women leaders. This work has included serving in roles such as vice chair of Bank of America’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council and executive sponsor for Bank of America’s Investing in Women Leadership Council.

Christine is committed to serving the local community and is a passionate advocate for wellness and higher education. She serves as Vice Chair on the board of directors for Novant Health, the American Heart Association’s National Go Red Leadership Council and is the past Chair of the Charlotte Go Red for Women Campaign. She is also on the board of trustees for UNC Charlotte and Bryant University, and serves on the board of directors of Charlotte Center City Partners, a non-profit organization focused on making uptown Charlotte a great place to live, work and visit.
