Hari Gopalkrishnan is chief technology and information officer for Bank of America and is a member of the company’s executive management team.
Gopalkrishnan leads a global organization responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions for all eight lines of business, staff support groups, Global Information Security, and Technology Infrastructure.

Previously, Gopalkrishnan led Bank of America’s Consumer, Business & Wealth Management Technology (CBWT) team, providing integrated technology solutions to the company’s consumer and small business, wealth management, business banking and commercial banking clients. His responsibilities included delivering capabilities across channels (online, mobile, ATM, contact center, voice, and conversational commerce), payments and merchant services, data, client relationship management, investment, credit and banking product platforms.
Before joining the bank in 2011, he led Global Markets operations, reference data and Institutional Client Group architecture for all Global Markets products at Citigroup and earlier served as chief technology architect for Lehman Brothers.
Gopalkrishnan is a member of the client advisory board for Year Up and the board of directors for Girls Who Code.
