With over 35 years of financial services industry experience, Knox has held numerous leadership positions at Bank of America across Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management, enabling Knox to understand client needs at every stage of their lives and careers.
Knox is an advocate for employee development and opportunity, holding leadership roles in numerous organizations and councils, including the Bank of America’s Global Ambassadors Program. She has championed initiatives within The Private Bank to broaden access to mentorship and educational opportunity in underserved communities, including in South Africa, Haiti, and the Middle East.
Knox serves on the boards of trustees for Carnegie Hall, the JFK Library Foundation, the Nantucket Film Festival, and the Women’s Sports Foundation.
