Bank of America announced today that it has been recognized as number one among national banks in online[1] and mobile banking in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Online Banking, and Banking Mobile App Satisfaction Studies.
J.D Power is a global leader in consumer insights, advisory services and data, and analytics. Based on responses from nearly 10,000 retail bank customers nationwide, J.D. Power’s rankings measured overall satisfaction with banking digital channels based on four factors, including navigation, speed, visual appeal and information/content.
