B of A Announces Redemption of two billion dollars one point five three zero percent Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes, Due December 2025

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – Bank of America Corporation announced today that it will redeem on December 6, 2024, all two billion dollars principal amount outstanding of its one point five three zero percent Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes, due December 2025 (C U S I P Number zero six zero five one G K E eight) (the “Notes”), at a redemption price equal to one hundred percent of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date of December 6, 2024. Interest on the Notes will cease to accrue on the redemption date.

Payment of the redemption price for the Notes will be made through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N A is the trustee and paying agent for the Notes.
