Through the Bank of America Art Conservation Project, we have restored dozens of presidential portraits including the George Washington (Vaughan-Sinclair portrait), 1795 by Gilbert Stuart at the National Gallery of Art. We are helping to assess and conserve 110 historical presidential portraits – preserving the history of the leaders who defined our nation for generations to come.
