Bank of America Names Ventura Perez President of San Antonio

Bank of America has named Ventura Perez as President of Bank of America San Antonio.

As San Antonio President, Perez will be responsible for connecting the banking and investment resources offered through the bank’s eight lines of business to individuals, families, and companies across the region. He will also lead the effort to deploy Bank of America’s resources to address social and economic concerns, strengthen communities and support the health and safety of local teammates.

In addition to his responsibilities as president of San Antonio, Perez serves as Central West Lending region executive, leading a team responsible for deepening relationships and identifying lending opportunities for the bank’s financial center clients across six states including Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas and Utah.

“During the past 18 years, Ventura has established deep relationships with teammates, clients and the San Antonio community to deliver responsible growth, and in this new role will help ensure we continue to be a great partner in San Antonio,” said Brian Moynihan, chief executive officer, Bank of America.

Perez is active in several of the company’s San Antonio employee networks, serving as executive sponsor of the Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement and a member of the Leadership, Education, Advocacy & Development for Women group locally. Perez earned a bachelor’s degree in management from The University of Texas RGV.
